Starting out in 1996 with a National Consumer Publication, Pool & Spa Living Magazine, as the Advertising Manager, I had found my niche in life as a very successful print advertising rep. And helping launch and expand House & Home Magazine for over 12 years, I realized that working with local businesses and watching their business evolve and grow over time is about as rewarding as any career could offer. Married with 3 boys, I have a lot to be thankful for. But my passion has always been to see how I can help a local business grow through print advertising. PRINT WORKS but I found over the years that it also has to be coupled with online exposure and that’s what YOUR HOME REMODEL MAGAZINE plans to do for every local business that wants to evolve and grow with us….
Jackie Rupp, Editor
Jackie began as a journalist, contributing regularly to Disney, Common Sense Media and many regional Home Improvement magazines. Moving into management, she was the award-winning editor-in-chief at Philadelphia Weekly and VP of Marketing at Benchmark Media, before branching out on her own. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to found and collaborate on multiple projects in publishing and small business marketing. An avid real estate investor and wannabe HGTV fixer-upper star, she’s also the proud mom to two teenagers and a continuously rotating crew of rescue cats and kittens.
